Paying online

Available payment methods are shown in the Paystack checkout when you pay. Online payments are processed through Paystack. Follow the payment screen for the methods currently available to your account.

Where Paystack checkout applies, the customer bears a 1.95% processing charge. Checkout displays the fee and final amount before payment; the fee is added once. Delivery cost is shown separately where known or arranged after purchase when the checkout says so.

Where Flex Credit redemption is enabled, sign in to view your available balance and the amount applied at checkout. Order payment is confirmed by server verification, not by a browser redirect.

If payment succeeds but your order does not update, use Track Order or Contact C.Flex with your order reference. Never send a PIN to C.Flex.
