Optional Meta advertising measurement
With your separate advertising consent, C.Flex uses Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement. Events include page visits, product views, searches (without search text), successful bag additions, checkout starts and verified purchases. Event data includes product identifiers, quantities, GHS values and an order event identifier. We do not include names, phone numbers, emails, delivery details, supplier information or internal costs in these events. Meta may receive IP address and browser information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. Advertising consent is off by default, stored on this browser, and can be withdrawn in Advertising privacy preferences on the storefront. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Private payment and order-tracking URLs do not emit Pixel events; an opted-in verified purchase may be delivered on your next clean storefront visit.
Information we use
We process the name, phone number, email, delivery address or location, order history and payment transaction reference or status you provide or generate while shopping. We may process basic website and device information needed for security and service operation.
Why and with whom
We use information to fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, verify payments, prevent fraud, keep business records and improve the store. Paystack handles online payment processing. Couriers receive delivery details where needed to deliver an order.
